Festival Style in Turqoise

Today is a very special day, because I’m visiting Wynwood, Miami the first time. And I must admit that it’s one of the most inspiring and coolest places I’ve ever been. It has all the unique art and speciality which I missed at Miami South Beach the last years…

20 Pixel Leerraum #2

So no surprise that the best stores first located in Miami South Beach now have their stores in this upcoming art and design place. Wynwood has lots of stunning murals. And Wynwood Walls where are more unique paintings and a gorgeous gallery with modern art is very famous and really worth it visiting. Each store in Wynwood is unique and you see so many special design pieces and inspiring art that you nearly have a positive overload like I had.

Plant the Future

One of these breath-taking stores is a flower store called ‘Plant the Future‘. The outside and the inside of this shop is so incredibly gorgeous! Yes it’s more a nature inspired design shop on high level. Below you see two of the pics I took inside. Everything is white except this huge black transformer statue with limps in its hands and except the flowers or more to say flower art you find there. I also loved the white stormtrooper as you can see on another photo below. I took hundrets of pictures of Wynwood as you can imagine. So many that another post will follow with more about Wynwood.

Turquoise Hippie Look

Today I’m dressed turquoise all over. Just the perfect choice, because my outfit is a great match with all the colorful walls here. The first time I left the rental car in Wynwood people where shouting from the other side of the street making compliments about my outfit, telling me I had to make a picture just in front of the buildung behind me with the bikini girls on it, because it would be a perfect match. So I did as you can see on the first pic. I’m wearing an a-line mini skirt, a summer knitwear top by ANGE Paris and a cute crocheted hippie vest by daytrip. Comfy glitter sandals which I found last year on Formentera are perfect for exploring Wynwood the whole day.

My jewellery is a glam hippie mix with my antique golden cross pendants, a hand made turquoise rosary, skull earrings and a turquoise and green flower head band. My shades in green and blue colors are a perfect match with my today’s festival-style outfit. I really love the photo with one of the colorful paintings on a building with three sheriff cars waiting at the traffic light in front of it. So cool! You know I love sheriff cars. So don’t wait! Visit Wynwood!
