The Fashion Ghost

The Fashion Ghost blog post

Come enter my castle. Don’t be scared. It’s just me and my fashion ghost. It’s Halloween and I’ve invited some gorgeous ghost ladies. They all come in black, dressed to kill. Stunning gowns, dresses and skirts in silk and lace make them look incredibly beautiful. Two of these scary ladies have some Halloween clutches with them. But the third beauty makes me stop breathing, because her glamourous Swarovski crystal spider hair slide and her “Lady like” glamour lashes are just awesome! I light my Trianon galbanum and cyclamen scented candle and adjust my hair flower wreath. Let the dark glam dinner begin!

My Birthday Glam Night

glam night blog post

Yeah, last week was my birthday, sweethearts! And what could be more exciting than a real glam night? I had my dinner in the most awesome, antique and glamorous german building, which I can imaging! A restaurant with huge rooms, a very high ceiling with a lot of beautiful restored plastering, wonderful arranged golden tables, lilies and chandeliers. Although this room was so huge, the atmosphere was warm, luxurious and cozy. The dinner was incredibly delicious like my dessert as you can see on this pic with birthday girl me. On my special day I was dressed in glam black. So I was inspired to pick the sexiest black evening designer fashion pieces for you for this fall winter season. I think you have to have minimum one cool and classy black leather piece like this awesome leather flounce-hem mini dress or the leather peplum top by Alexander McQueen. Combine this top or a sequined one like I wore on my birthday night with some slim-leg pants like the Samantha wool-blend pants by Michael Kors. On autumn I never leave my home without my cool black leather biker jacket. I think the leather sidney moto jacket by Belstaff is the most cool and luxurious version. The most important thing is to have some very unique and classy accessories with your outfit. Take some black pointed heels because they make your legs look extra long and they are the most elegant, stylish and fashionable choice this season. Now complete your sexy evening look for dinner or party with some golden bag and jewelry. I really lovee the extravagant streak gold-tone box clutch by Anndra Neen and also the ruban hammered gold-plated cuff by Hervé van der Straeten. Completely dressed in classy black and gold is the most glamorous way to start your night outside. Enjoy guys!

Majestic as a Queen ♛

Majestic as a Queen blog post

The fall winter season 2014 has begun and there’s something which I like about it. Rich and luxurious materials and colors like black, gold and red, embroderies, velvet, lace, a lot of pompous details. Fashion and jewelry which makes you look like a majesty: Elegant, classy and unbelievable beautiful. Many designers presented this majestic fashion for winter, but Dolce & Gabbana did the best job. Awesome models with stunning dresses and crowns inspired me to write this blog post for you. Runway looks like a fairy tale. You think you don’t have the castle to wear this style. That doesn’t matter guys! This magnificent look doesn’t have to be worn all over. Just a few fashion pieces in black and gold for example in precious materials combined with one beautiful jewelry in gold with crosses or red stones will make the look. I prefer highheels instead of ballerinas as seen on the runway of Dolce & Gabbana. Pumps like the ones by Alexander McQueen or Charlotte Olympia can’t be the wrong choice to look like a queen of fashion.

Addiction to Pink Roses

Addiction to Pink Roses blog post

Can you smell it? The soft, tender but enchanting smell of pink roses? Looking at the new seasons’ runway looks I definitely feel like the sleeping beauty lying in a bed of pink roses. These beautiful shades of pink seen on nearly all autumn/winter 2013/2014 runways remember me of all nuances of rose petals. Pink is the color to be wearing next season. Now that summer is ending step by step, falling leaf by falling leaf, moribund rose by moribund rose, this apparition of tender pink fashion helps me to hold on to the awesome flavor and to the fresh and light colors of summer. Because I’m not ready for the cold season yet! Even though I’m a real autumn child, born in september, I don’t want to see everythings dying! I don’t want the autumn gets me with its heavy, dark and morbid feeling! So cover me with millions and millions rose petals ….? Or the easier and probably more functionable way, wearing this beautiful pink and stylish pieces? Yes! Pink in a new look, worn all over, made also of heavy but soft materials, like huge coats seen on Rochas’ runway and skirts cut from a textural wool-blend like the one by Carven. Shrouded in soft pink the cold season won’t drag me down! Stay one step ahead with wearing the color of the sleeping beauty.

Punk Glam

punk glam blog post

I know there are a lot of cute, fresh and colorful princess looks you can wear this and next season. And be sure that you will see such stuff in my next blog posts. But I really also love the more edgy kind of style, which is black, dark, mysterious but also glam. This fall winter season I’ve got the chance to live my darker side. On nearly all the runways designers reinvented the punk 90s look. Now it’s a consolidation of punk, grunge and gothic, also known as prunge. You see a lot of black, leather, spikes, crosses and psychedelic prints. But it’s much more glam and classy. So you don’t have to be a small spoiled brat to wear this style. Chanel, Isabel Marant, Diesel Black Gold and other designers show how elegant but cool you can interpret the new punk glam look. I’m really into it as a contrast to all the beautiful colorful summer fashion. I think it’s good to try new styles to experience all aspects of fashion, style, life and your own personality. So get some dark stuff on and feel the change to more coolness, power and pride.

Pearls pearls pearls

Pearls pearls pearls blog post

Take the awesome and stylish elegance of the beautiful Audrey Hepburn with a hint of a bit more sexy and edgy appeal. And there’s nothing more breath taking than to be sexy but classy at one time. Pearls are even more trendy as ever before. The modern Breakfast at Tiffany’s look could be like this one: A sexy black leather and stretch-jersey skirt by DKNY combined very up to date with knitwear, a cream textured angora-blend sweater by Gucci. Saint Laurents’ tribute leather platform sandals are one of my absolute favorite heels, pure sexiness and style. A clutch like the incredible alpaca metal streak gold-tone box clutch by Anndra Neen is eye catching, elegant and cool. But the most important thing is to put pearls, pearls and more pearls on. The most classy way to wear them is a necklace by Chanel. A more edgy and cool way is to combine pearls and skulls like Iosselliani did. Also the combination of pearls and crosses are modern and put a hint of 80s feeling to your outfit. Now that you’ve got the perfect look, go with Audrey Hepburns’ attitude:

For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.

Jewelry to die for

Jewelry to die for blog post

What is even more hot than dschungle fever? Jewelry fever! I found these awesome and unique fine jewelry pieces and they don’t get off my mind! Incredible special! My favorite piece is the snake ring by Elise Dray! This luxury snake really will curl around your fingers. The Rosebud Dagger bronze necklace by Pamela Love mixes rosary-style beads with a dagger pendant – typical of the label’s edgy aesthetic which I really love! Spikes is an important trend this season. I love spikes and I love hoops. So I love the mixture of both such as those Pegasus gold-plated earrings by Dominic Jones. One of my passions is collecting cross pendants. This gold cross pendant by Tiffany & Co. is a real luxury version. Adorable! Some more special and innovative jewelry piece designed by Tiffany is the plane pendant. If you want something really feminine and luxurious, take these Lucky Snake 18-karat rose gold diamond earrings by Ileana Makri! I love this edgy glam! Sweep your hair up and show them off to full effect.

Ice Cream

Ice Cream blog post

Yummy! There’s nothing more delicious than eating some cold, milky and fruity ice cream on hot summer days! And there’s nothing more sweet and cute than wearing some ice cream colors! Creamy vanilla, strawberry, pistachio, melon, abricot, lemon and banana inspired all designers with a beautiful pastel-colored result. These soft colors gets me in a light, girly summer mood. I wear the soft mint dress by Band of Outsiders, some creamy heels, for example the Parody platforms by asos and a cool but pastel-colored luxury bag by Valentino. Then I go outside and get some huge portion of ice cream, let the sun shine on my skin, my hair stream out behind me. That’s real summer!

Festival Feeling

Festival blog post

Are you in a festival fever like me? This fever which infected so many celebs, It-girls and fashionistas? Yeah! I loveeee this free style! Yes it is! Because you can mix all the stuff you like, you feel comfortable in, which is funny, hippie like, unique, cool and sexy. Mix for example a hot denim shorts with an ethno inspired top like this one by Vineet Bahl inspired by a Moroccan embroidery technique called “counching” or a cool statement tank like the ‘Wild at Heart’ one by Zoe Karssen. You can put on as much bracelets, necklaces and cute findings from your last holidays as you can wear. Especially colorful little pearls like my 70s like handcrafted Miccosukee Indian necklace, feathers and flowers as hair accessories and Ibiza style bags like the Fisherman’s bag by Tory Burch or the Fringed flap suede shoulder bag by Suite Blanco. If you don’t have any hippie bracelets yet, just take a Hipanema boa vista bracelet, which looks like many colorful hippie pieces from all around the world in one piece. And don’t forget to wear some natural colored leather ankle boots, which look like you worn them every day for years like the Dicker suede ankle boots or some more glam rock Version like the Caleen studded leather concealed wedge boot both by Isabel Marant. And one of the most important things is: It doesn’t matter how much time it took to look gorge and how many flowers, feathers, pearls and cool accessories you wear, you have to look undone, comfortable, casual with this dreamy, easy going but selfconfident smile, even if you’ve got a lot of Music Festival dirt on your body, boots and face and your hairstyle had been destroyed by the wind and the dancing in the crowd.
